Co-Founder
Dr. Ashqar is an assistant professor of civil engineering at Arab American University and an adjunct faculty of AI at Columbia University. He has over 10 years of experience in program management, focusing on AI, Data Science, Climate Change, and urban development. He adapts quickly to find solutions and has identified opportunities for technological advancements, managing programs worth over $50 million at U.S. DOE’s ARPA-E.

Mais is a Business Administration graduate from An-Najah National University with a background in public relations across Palestinian and Jordanian institutions. As a founding partner at Sword Consulting Company and a board member for various community organizations, she leads impactful campaigns, including COVID-19 relief efforts, and specializes in training for small and medium enterprises. Currently, she heads the Public Relations Department at Enbat Consulting Company, where her community-focused approach continues to make a positive impact.
